  • Q How to replace or repair rubber parts if they are damaged?

Once they crack, harden, deform, or leak air or water, it is recommended to replace them immediately to avoid affecting the operation or safety of the equipment. We provide standard parts and customized replacement parts, and can provide parts of corresponding size and hardness according to the original design to ensure that the functions after installation are consistent with the original parts.

  • Q How long is the lifespan of automobile and motorcycle rubber parts? How to maintain it?

    Automobile and motorcycle rubber parts, such as seals, gaskets, hoses, etc., generally have a service life of about 3-5 years, but the actual service life will be affected by the use environment, temperature, oil, ultraviolet rays and chemical media.
    It is recommended that car owners check parts regularly and replace them immediately if cracks, hardening or deformation are found to avoid seal failure or liquid leakage. Long-term exposure to the sun, contact with strong acids, alkalis, or high-temperature oils should be avoided. If necessary, rubber care fluid can be used to extend elasticity and life. We can provide corresponding replacement parts and maintenance suggestions to ensure the safe operation of automobiles and motorcycles.
  • Q How to ensure the life and quality of rubber parts?

    We adopt a complete quality control system:
    · IQC (Incoming Material Inspection): Ensure that raw materials meet standards such as hardness, density, chemical stability, etc.
    · IPQC (Process Control): Monitor molding temperature, pressure, mold pressing and curing time to ensure consistent part size and performance.
    · FQC (shipping inspection): Finished product testing includes tensile, compression permanent deformation, temperature resistance, oil resistance, aging resistance and other tests.
    In addition, we can provide chemical resistance, weather resistance and wear resistance test reports according to customer needs to ensure long-term stability of parts under various working conditions and maximize their service life.
  • Q Do you provide material testing reports or certificates of conformity (COA)?

We cooperate with professional testing institutions and can provide complete reports such as material composition analysis, physical performance testing, temperature and oil resistance testing, etc. For food-grade and medical-grade products, FDA, LFGB, and USP Class VI certification documents can also be provided.
    Providing COA (Certificate of Analysis) can help customers verify the quality of raw materials, confirm that products comply with specifications, and facilitate export and various certification reviews. We can also perform customized testing for special application environments to ensure the durability, sealing and chemical stability of materials.
